C&L is a classical trading company in the field of consumer goods with products that are sustainable and close to nature since 2010. We are one of the leading companies in our niche in the field of distribution, marketing, trade and global sourcing between the two important continents, Europe and Asia. Our international team, consisting of more than 6 different nationalities from four continents, support us with their expertise. Our special expertise lies in the European Retail Sector with customers like Carrefour, Auchan, Monoprix, Migros, Interspar, DM, ALDI Groupe, Schwarz Group, EDEKA Groupe, Interspar, COOP, QVC, etc.  

Lately we started with K-Food products and are looking for support.  

Who are we looking for?  

  • You are a student, undergraduate or graduate in the field of business 
  • Are you Interest in B2B Trading, Business Development? 
  • You are a motivated person with positive energy  
  • Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Are you responsible and reliable and have strong communication skills? 
  • You are a structured person and can work self-sufficiently 
  • Interests in Korean / Asian culture 
  • Working experience is recommended  

Language skills: C1- Korean level or higher is obligatory and good English or German is recommended 

Begin: as soon as possible 

Duration: min. 6 ~ 12 months  

Location: Aachen 

Full-time employment after 12 months could be possible  

What kind of tasks can you expect?  

  • Coordinate new product development of food products and manage supplier relationships with manufacturers in Asia.  
  • Define product strategy, pricing, launch roadmap and manage the product development processes from product ideation to the successful launch in the market. 
  • Identify new trends and business opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of the food business and a strong understanding of consumer needs. 
  • Collaborate with external partners involved in the product development process: manufacturers, consulting firms, and laboratories. 
  • Communicate with external lawyers and governmental authorities regarding trademark registration, patent applications and receiving government subsidies. 
  • Keep a close track of legislative developments and updates and check the legal compliance of newly developed products. 
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions such as Anuga, SIAL Paris, Ambiente and develop relationships with new suppliers and customers. 
  • Serve as a competent contact person for all project-related topics, requests, and questions.

  • 아시아 제조업체와의 공급업체 관계를 관리하며 식품 신제품 개발을 조율합니다.

  • Anuga, SIAL Paris, Ambiente와 같은 국제 전시회에서 회사를 대표하며 새로운 공급업체 및 고객과의 관계를 구축합니다.
