Tasks

Sales & Marketing

  • Strengthening of existing businesses and to accredit new business partners
  • Carrying out market and price analysis and competition monitoring
  • Negotiations with new accounts
  • Placing offers and creating invoices via ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 V10.0)
  • Processing orders via ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 V10.0)
  • Elaboration of sales strategies for various sales channels
  • Creating professional presentations and statistics
  • Support of the team managers in the day-to-day business
  • Handling and processing of B2C business
  • Implementation and maintenance of market places
  • Review of supplier agreements
  • Possible participation in B2B meetings
  • Depending on the time of year, participation in an exhibition as a sales representative (f.e. Ambiente Frankfurt, IFA Berlin, …)
  • Translation of documents

 

LOGISTICS (land freight)

  • Creating delivery documents
  • B2B and B2C order preparation for deliveries within the EU
  • Support in the packing area
  • Learning to work with “Multi-ship” (f.e. UPS, DHL, …)
  • Small insight i supply-management

Who are we looking for?

  • enrolled student with mandatory internship
  • experience in marketing, sales (online/offline) would be beneficial
  • experiences in the field of internet research would be advantageous
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications Excel, PPT, Word and Windows 10
  • Technical affinity would be advantageous
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Structured and independent operation
  • Responsible and Reliable
  • Strong service orientation and high commitment
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Driving license class B with driving experience is welcome
  • Willingness to travel

 

LANGUAGES

  • Very good English or German knowledge (B2 or better)
  • Further foreign languages are welcome but not mandatory
  • Main spoken languages in the office are German, English and French.
